The Beliebers have done it again!

Just days after debuting his new video for “Boyfriend,” Justin Bieber has managed to smash a major Youtube record!

Within the first 24 hours of its release on Thursday, Justin’s video received well over 8 million views. That not only shatters the previous record held by Rihanna  for her “Where Have You Been” video, which just dropped last week, but it actually almost doubles it.

The number of “Boyfriend” views has since increased to more than 12 million as of Saturday.
