Is a Justin Bieber arrest on the way?

Unfortunately for the teen pop star, TMZ is reporting today that his weekend altercation with a paparazzi photographer has been sent to prosecutors for possible criminal prosecution/arrest.

The alleged altercation took place in Calabasas Sunday afternoon after Justin, 18, was leaving a mall with his girlfriend Selena Gomez, 19. No one knows what happened exactly though some sources reveal Justin became angry after the photographer blocked his car from getting out.

What we do know, based on the photos after the altercation, is that something happened which led to Justin losing his shoe and hat, while the photographer looked somewhat banged up. The paparazzo called 911 after the scuffle, but by the time cops arrived, Justin and Selena had left the scene.

The photographer was taken to a nearby hospital in an ambulance. He then filed a police report naming Justin as his attacker.

The cops haven’t been able to talk to Justin as he is currently in Norway. If Justin is charged and convicted, he’d reportedly face 6 months in jail.
