Tony Parker Files $20 Million Lawsuit Over Injury From Chris Brown and Drake Fight

There continues to be more fallout from the widely reported NYC nightclub brawl between Chris Brown and Drake.

The latest is that NBA player Tony Parker, better known as Eva Longoria’s ex-husband, has decided to file a ~~frivolous~~ $20 million lawsuit against the NYC club W.I.P over the brawl. See Tony, 30, was at the club that night and got injured after a piece of glass flew into his eye, causing lacerations to his cornea.

So why not sue the people who caused the flight and threw the bottles (allegedly Drake and Chris)? Well apparently Tony feels the club is responsible because they should have known Chris and Drake had prior beef (over Rihanna) and should therefore not have allowed them to be in the club together at the same time. For realz folks. We are not making this up!

Oddly enough that logic could also apply to Tony, who allowed himself to attend the club party also knowing the two guys had prior beef.

Tony’s attorney David Jaroslawicz also tells TMZ he is not ruling out suing either Chris Brown or Drake, stating he’s waiting for the police investigation to finish.

Tony is currently in the middle of a $50 million contract with the San Antonio Spurs.

Why is David Jaroslawicz the owners own lawyer suing their club? This is a scam man. The lawyer is a con artist. He never wins. What is up with this?This is another fraud lawsuit like Charleze Theron lawsuit and the Legal Bar Brawl fraud lawsuit in Tribeca at Smith and Mills. Its the same owner.
