Kristen Stewart Went Shopping For Engagement Rings, Says Report

Remember how the tabloids had spent the past few months reporting that there was trouble in paradise for Tom and Katie? And how it ended up being true?

Well it all goes back to the old saying — where there’s smoke, there’s fire! For the past few months, there have been a number of growing reports that Robert Patterson and Kristen Stewart are planning to get married this year.

The rumblings only continue to get louder as a new report by In Touch Weekly states Kristen, 22, was spotted trying on engagement rings at  jeweler Neil Lane’s Hollywood boutique in early June.

“She was trying on gold rings with various colored diamonds — nothing traditional,” an eyewitness reveals. Not surprising as Neil Lane is the top jeweler when it comes to  celebrity wedding and engagement rings.

A friend of the couple adds that Kristen used to want to take “baby steps,” but is now ready for what’s next. “She loves Rob, and she’s finally ready — an engagement is a logical next step.”

The friend adds: “In the past year, they’ve really heated up — moving in together, traveling together, introducing each other to friends.”
