Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ Prenup Revealed! Plus Katie Is Worried Suri Will Be Kidnapped

The latest today are the details of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes‘ prenup. There are conflicting reports with the NY Post stating that Katie, 33, gets $3 million for each year of marriage, meaning she gets a total of $15 million for 5 years of fulfilling her contract marriage — plus a mansion in Santa Barbara County, Calif.

TMZ on the other hand is reporting that Katie gets close to nothing which is just fine with Katie who at this point just wants to walk away with her daughter. Sources close to Katie state, “She’s not about the money.  She’s not that girl.  She loves to work.”

Okay, I’m more likely to believe NY Post’s version. Let’s face it, TMZ has become less credible and quite lazy in recent times. All they do now is report what the celebrities’ reps and publicists leak to them as fact. Plus I, like a gazillion others, believe this was a marriage based on a contract and not out of love. Every other report has stated there was money involved, and even more dough if Katie had a baby so I definitely don’t believe she gets close to nothing. Plus how can one stay married to a man who is worth over $275 million for 5 years, have a baby by him, and walk away with close to nothing? Makes zero sense!

Besides that, here’s an excellent article by the NY Post which details how Tommy boy auditioned several actresses to be his wife back in 2005 before settling on poor Katie. Those who were smart enough not to sell their souls? A certain Sofia Vergara, Jessica Alba, and Scarlett Johansson.

Meanwhile, the NY Post — which has been on top of the TomKat divorce due to Katie’s current residency in NYC — is also reporting that Katie fears her 6-year-old daughter Suri is in danger of being kidnapped. And can you blame her? She is reportedly being followed by Scientology goons, who according to the Post, are armed. Wowzers.

The Post reports cops approached the mysterious men in the SUVS who have been lingering outside of Katie’s apartment, only to discover some of them were armed with guns. For some odd reason, the cops were unable to do anything about this.

Katie stayed holed up in her NYC apartment all weekend, terrified that soon-to-be-ex-hubby Tom, 50, might kidnap Suri. This information is coming directly from law-enforcement sources.

Katie is said to have confided in a neighbor about her abduction fears, which led to that neighbor calling the police on Friday out of concern. But once again, the cops were able to do nothing due to the fact that Katie herself did not report her fears.

As for why Katie wants a divorce and full custody of daughter Suri, all the media outlets appear to be in agreement as they are all reporting she absolutely unequivocally did NOT want Suri raised as a Scientologist due to certain things she had seen and experienced during her time with Tom.

And finally, Tom Cruise turned 50-years-old today, and Us Weekly is reporting he is finally on his way back to California after spending the last couple of weeks filming a movie in Iceland.

Sources suspect he might be coming home to try to win Katie back, but judging by all the recent reports, which I suspect are being leaked by those close to Katie on purpose, then it’s safe to say that ship as sailed, and Katie will be moving forward with the divorce.

Must say I’m definitely rooting for Katie, and I believe her team has played this divorce very well. Katie has all the public support and her team is VERY SMART to leak out details that Scientologists “allegedly” have armed men following her, plus hear fears about her daughter’s safety. By making this info public, it makes it harder for those trying to intimidate her to succeed. Plus if ANYTHING were to happen to Katie or Suri, we all know where to look!
