Amanda Bynes is sporting a hot new hair color!

The 26-year-old cray-cray actress took a break this past week from scaring the pedestrians and drivers of California to change her hair color into a very blonde hue!

Amanda was snapped yesterday in Studio City wearing some black denim leopard cutoff shorts with a patriotic American flag shirt.

Just last week Amanda was accused yet again of another hit and run, making it her third hit and run since May. Seriously.

According to TMZ, the woman who filed the police report stated Amanda “looked like a hot mess” at the time. In addition to the three hit and runs, Amanda was also arrested for a DUI suspicion on April 6. Cops are reportedly considering filing charges against Amanda for the latest hit and run.
