PHOTOS – Kate Middleton Sues French Magazine Over Topless Pictures
Kate Middleton future Queen and her Prince husband, William are taking action towards the French publication, Closer magazine. The couple took action immediately following the printing of topless photos of Kate on a private vacation with William, (I didn’t think princesses where allowed to have boobs) by filing a lawsuit against the French mag.
The royal palace issued a statement saying, “Their royal highnesses have been hugely saddened to learn that a French publication and a photographer have invaded their privacy in such a grotesque and totally unjustifiable manner.”
Seriously? I know it’s a breach of privacy, but Kate was a former underwear model before turning princess, not to mention if you’re famous and you take your top off in public, chances are you’re going to get a photo snapped and published of you.
Closer magazine’s editor, Laurence Pieau has chastised the media calling them “hypocritical” for condemning the decision to run the pictures. I agree, they’re just jealous they didn’t get to them first.

TELL US – DOES KATE HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE? OR SHOULD SHE HAVE KNOWN BETTER THAN TO GO TOPLESS?
