Lindsay Lohan Arrested in New York for Hit & Run, Victim Says She Was Drinking

Have I seen this before?

Lindsay Lohan had yet another brush with the law.  This time she apparently clipped a pedestrian just after midnight the morning of September 19th in New York City.

Video surveillance tape at NYC’s The Dream hotel shows Lohan’s Porsche Cayenne easing down a parking ramp, then crossing over into a pedestrian walkway, where alleged victim (30′ish man) was struck on the knee.  Lohan claims she had no idea she hit anyone and believes, “something fishy” is going on.  Yes, because Linday breaking the law is preposterous!

Upon leaving the hotel at 2:30 am, Lohan was arrested and cried, “Call my dad!  Call my dad!”  Police had no sympathy for the felon starlett and brought her in to be fingerprinted, photographed (ahh…another one for the family album), and charged for leaving the scene of a crime – or in Linday’s life – just another ordinary night out-on-the town.

Although the victim was hospitalized, the video does show the “victim” chasing after Lohan’s car.

The victim, who has since been identified as Manhatten chef Jose Rodriguez, also tells the NY Daily News that he believes Lindsay had been drinking. He states that she was slurring her words and “smelled like alcohol real bad.”

Sources close to Lindsay however insist she was 100% sober! Not sure about you but based on Linday’s track record, I’m going to go ahead and take the word of the victim here.
