PHOTO – Jennie Garth Reveals How She Lost 30 Lbs After Divorce!

When Beyonce decided to lose 30lbs she existed for days on end on a hurl inducing interesting sounding maple syrup, cayenne pepper and lemon juice cocktail.

Victorias Secret model Adriana Lima has confessed to surviving on a ‘liquid diet’ only for over a week before walking the famous lingerie brand’s catwalk.

So how did Jennie Garth lose the 30lbs she gained, following the split from former husband and Twilight star, Peter Facinelli?

Strategically placed appetite-zapping electrode therapy? A magical pair of blue-lensed weight loss sunglasses?  Nope, Garth credits rebirthing herself as a person for helping her get her life – and figure – back on track

Thankfully, there were no painful c-sections involved, the rebirthing process basically involved swapping the ”dead weight,”  she says she gained post-split by “…sitting around on the couch eating Pringles all day”, for a healthier diet and twice-weekly sessions with a personal trainer.

“I love banana cupcakes with creak cheese frosting,” she says of her guilty pleasure. “I buy a box and put them in my freezer for when I need them. It’s like my drug. When I need my cupcake, I take one out.”

Taking a refreshingly practical approach, the mother of four explained to People magazine; “I just looked at it like there’s no way I can hide out in the country and never work again, never love again, and never laugh again”

I have a strong constitution,” the 90210 star continued, “I have a lot of inner calm about stuff right now.”

This is one hot momma who needn’t worry about being left on the shelf, as happily married former co-star, Jason Priestly recently noted “She has the ass of a 25-year-old!”

With her straight talking attitude and scrumptious derriere, something tells us Ms Garth’s not gonna be on the market for long.
