Shakira, the Colombian sex-symbol singing sensation (try saying that after a mojito or three…), recently announced that she and boyfriend, Barcelona soccer star Gerard Pique, were expecting their first child together.

The singer, as famous for her sultry Latin beauty as her musical talents, put out her intentions to temporarily cease promotions via a statement via her website;

“As some of you may know, Gerard and I are very happy awaiting the arrival of our first baby! At this time we have decided to give priority to this unique moment in our lives and postpone all the promotional activities planned over the next few days.”

The sensible starlet has now thrilled us further by uploading a photograph to her Facebook page, dressing like a true hot-momma-top-be in a stylish magenta dress, clearly showing off her growing baby bump.

The caption for the picture read, “Now I don’t have a six pack, only one pack!!”

Shakira, also known for her smokin’ bod and rock-hard abs-of-steel, looked even more gorgeous than usual.

Honestly, this woman could fall in a vat of horse manure and still look like she’d just casually floated down from heaven.
