Taken 2 Is Number One Again at Box Office! Here Comes The Boom Flops
Liam Neeson’s, Taken 2, is still holding strong at the box offices over the weekend bringing in an additional $22.1 million over its stellar debut of $50 million.
Surprising fans and critics alike is Ben Affleck’s true-to-life, action-packed thriller, Argo. The Iranian-hostage movie kidnapped second place with $20.1 million with Stiller not only acting but directing as well. Seems like the movie is well on it’s way to surpassing its $44.5 million budget.
Third place Halloween movie, Sinister, with Ethan Hawke, spookified audiences and racked in $18.3 million – fantastic out-of-the gate earning as it was made for $3 million.
Hotel Transylvania still captivated audiences at fourth as Kevin James new comedy, Here Comes the Boom, bombed on opening with only $12 million bucks. Pretty bad when you take into consideration the $42 million it cost to make the movie.
