Britney Spears career comeback is paying off, as she buys another home!

This one is located in Thousand Oaks, further away from Hollywood. According to E News her new diggs, which she purchased with her fiance Jason Trawick, has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, infinity pool, wine cellar, home theatre and fireplace, with 8,456-square-footage of room.

Glad I don’t have to clean it!

However, Britney, 30, can afford it. She’s reportedly worth of an estimated $32.4 million with $15 million of that being cash on hand.

Must be nice! I don`t even have fifteen bucks on hand.

While Britney’s recent tour made her $68 million, you have to remember the old saying…the more you have the more you spend? Britney’s expenses are huge; $304,000 for childcare for her two sons – I’ll do it for half that! Her personal makeup/beauty products and wardrobe add up to a whopping $61,000. Plus, she has rent, cleaning, car, electricity, gas and water, adding up to more than $115,000.

In addition, she had some major attorney fees coming in at $973,547.79 in 2010. That’s a lot of moola, but I’m sure Britney can easily afford her luxury lifestyle. And if not, then she’ll just have sell one of her mega-mansions and start to shop at Walmart.
