Tom Cruise Suing Magazines For $50 Million For Saying He “Abandoned” Suri

We will be sure to use a lot of “alleges” in this story as it appears Tom Cruise is suing mad!

So is he suing Scientology for allegedly ruining his life? No! Or better yet is he suing himself for his alleged rumored homosexual desires which has allegedly ruined his marriages to three women? Of course not!

Rather he is suing Life & Style and In Touch Weekly magazines for claiming he abandoned his daughter Suri Cruise. Yes, of all the negative, folks and we mean negative, stories that have been put out about Tom, 50, in the past few months, he is choosing to sue for claims he has abandoned his daughter.

TMZ broke the lawsuit story that Tom is suing for $50 million plus punitive damages for defamation and invasion of privacy. In Touch and Life & Style are sister magazines are owned by the same publishing company Bauer Publishing.

IS TOM CRUISE LEAVING SCIENTOLOGY?

Tom’s lawyer, Bert Fields states: “Tom is a caring father who dearly loves Suri. She’s a vital part of his life and always will be. To say he has ‘abandoned’ her is a vicious lie. To say it in lurid headlines with a tearful picture of Suri is reprehensible.”

Bert adds: “Tom doesn’t go around suing people. He’s not a litigious guy. But when these sleaze peddlers try to make money with disgusting lies about his relationship with his child, you bet he’s going to sue.”

Months ago, Tom also threatened to sue the National Enquirer for a very unflattering story they did about him.

However, Tom will more than likely have a hard time winning this case as he hasn’t been photographed or seen with 6-year-old daughter Suri in 3 months now. Yes, 3 months. Apparently, he’s been very busy filming a new movie in London, though the rumor and speculation is that he might have been allegedly forced to allegedly cut ties with Suri who is no longer a Scientology by Scientologists.
