Sheldon Stephens Wants To Return Elmo Voice Kevin Clash’s $125,000 Settlement!
TMZ is reporting that Sheldon Stephens, the guy who accused Elmo, well the voice behind Elmo, Kevin Clash, of having underage sex with him is now saying that he was telling the truth all along, and is seeking law counsel to help him undo the $125,000 settlement he received from Kevin.
Sheldon had contacted Sesame Workshop, the non-profit organization that produces Sesame Street, with the allegations that he and Kevin had a sexual relationship while Sheldon was only 16 years old, and Kevin was 45. Sesame Workshop said they took the allegations “very seriously” and had taken “immediate action,” but after an investigation found Sheldon’s accusations to be “unsubstantiated.”
Later Kevin and Sheldon agreed to the $125,000 settlement. As part of the settlement Sheldon, who is now 23 years old, had to recant the story of having undearge sex with Kevin. The two parties also agreed that after the settlement had been issued, Sheldon’s counsel would release the following statement; ‘He [Stephens] wants it to be known that his sexual relationship with Mr. Clash was an adult consensual relationship.”
However, Sheldon, who claims he was “crying during the final negotiations and repeatedly said he didn’t want to sign,” is now looking to restore his good (?) name and is willing to give back his settlement money in order to do so. Kevin’s lawyer did not comment when questioned by TMZ.
While these are serious accusations, I have to wonder how you get a 23 year old to sign a legal document they do not want to sign? Gun to the head? Money symbol flashing in their eyes? Though, if the allegations are true, I hope Kevin gets what’s coming to him, which should definitely be more than just having to dish out a crummy $125k.

New Paula Broadwell PHOTOS! Plus Jill Kelley Calls Paula A Stalker & Criminal!
The Petraeus scandal is getting to be like an early Christmas present for drama lovers.
Radaronline.com is reporting that Jill Kelley, one of the alleged other women that former CIA director David Petraeus was involved with, sent Tampa Bay’s mayor Bob Buckhorn, an email stating that Paula Broadwell (David’s other side piece) is a “criminal” and accused her of “stalking us all.”
The email, which was released by the mayors office on Friday also stated that Jill, David, and Gen. John Allen are being “exploited” by the media; ”I wouldn’t care — if they got the facts right and the focus was on the criminal that stalked all of us, But the truth will one day prevail,” wrote Jill.
The message sent to the mayors office, and the entire scandal coming to light, were a result of Paula threatening Jill to “stay away from her guy.” Her guy being David who is a married man, but seems to have forgotten that.
Kelley, 37, is not only accused of having an inappropriate relationship with David Petraeus, 60, she is also said to have exchanged many a sexual email with General John R. Allen … who is also a married man.
Sources close to Petraeus however insist he is telling people he did not have an affair with Jill. As for her relationship with General Allen, the jury is still out.
Meanwhile, Paula, 40, finally made her first public appearance since the scandal broke, over the weekend as she stepped out twice with her husband Scott Broadwell.
In what seems like an attempt to show solidarity, Paula and Scott appear to be working on their marriage following her affair. In the first pic below taken on Saturday (Nov. 17), the couple can be seen walking arm in arm as they enter the home of Paula’s brother in Washington D.C.
In the second picture below, the couple can be seen returning to their North Carolina home with their two sons on Sunday.

Oh Dear! Must say this sex scandal which began with General David Petraeus stepping down from his job after an affair, has officially turned into a soap opera! Or better yet, a juicy telanovela.
The latest twists, and trust – there has been a ton, is now the revelation that the other “other” woman involved in the case, Jill Kelley, might have actually, all allegedly of course, being carrying on with an inappropriate relationship with another high ranking military official! Wow to the zers.
If you recall, Mistress #1 Paula Broadwell, 40, lost her marbles and sent Jill, 37, threatening emails after she suspected she was a threat to her relationship with the married Petraeus.
Fast forward to today and Tampa Bay “socialite” Jill has now been linked with General John R. Allen after the Washington Post reported the FBI investigation uncovered about 20,000 to 30,000 pages of email exchanges between the two. Err, I take it these people haven’t heard of that awesome invention called text messaging!
The Washington Post adds that the emails were exchanged between 2010 to 2012. For the time being, General Allen, 58, the commander of U.S. And NATO troops in Afghanistan, still gets to keep his job while the investigation continues.
As for the details of the emails, FOX News is reporting this morning that they were indeed very sexual in nature. You don’t say!
While one senior defense official described the exchanges between Allen and Jill as “flirtatious,” two U.S. officials later told Fox News that Allen’s emails with Jill was without a doubt more than just flirting, with one official describing some of the emails as sexually explicit and the “equivalent of phone sex over email.” Ai ya ya.
By the way Jill is married to Dr. Scott Kelley and the couple has three kids together. Also married is General Allen, 58. Photos of him with his wife Kathy Allen are below.
And finally, more details are now coming out about Jill’s finances, and it ain’t pretty! According to a report by the NY Daily News, the home Jill shares with her husband Dr. Kelley has been in foreclosure since 2010. Court records reveal that in March of 2010, Bank of America claimed the Kelleys hadn’t paid their mortgage since September 2009.
According to the bank, the couple owed $328,338 on their home valued at $1,837,571.
The house remains in the foreclosure process, with the most recent motion filing dated on Oct. 12. Another property owned by the Tampa Bay couple is also in foreclosure with Central Bank claiming the couple owes $2.2 million on that home.
The financial problems doesn’t end with unpaid mortgages unfortunately as in 2010, Chase Bank sued the Kelleys for failure to pay a $25,088.56 debt on a revolving credit account. The case was voluntarily dismissed by the bank a year later. This is in addition to a lawsuit filed by Regions over the Kelleys owing $253,437.31 in unpaid credit card bills.
Jill or Scott Kelley have been sued at least nine lawsuits since they moved to Florida, according to the Tampa Bay Times.
As for Jill’s “occupation,” it’s now being revealed that she doesn’t really work for the government but is rather just an unpaid party planner/alleged social climber/alleged military groupie.
“She turns heads,” an anonymous friend of the Kelleys told the Daily Mail. “At the parties she would flirt with all the senior military guys. She’s touchy-feely. Her hands would be on their arms. She was attentive. It’s not hard to see why she had some guys under her spell.”

Donald Trump Online Petition Demands Macy’s Fire Him! Signed By 500,000 People
“You’re Fired!” is what a lot of people want Macy’s to say to Donald Trump. More than 530,000 people have signed an online petition demanding that Macy’s let go of the celebrity spokesman.
The reason behind this petition is Donald’s notorious pushing of the “racially charged birther conspiracy,” which claims that President Obama faked his birth certificate and wasn’t actually born in the USA. *eye roll*
Following President Obama’s re-election Donald went on a Twitter rant tweeting nonsense things such as; “We can’t let this happen. We should march on Washington and stop this travesty. Our nation is totally divided! Lets fight like hell and stop this great and disgusting injustice! The world is laughing at us. This election is a total sham and a travesty. We are not a democracy!”
Actually I think a lot of people are laughing at you and your sour grapes Donald.
Macy’s, which carries a line of the Donald’s collection such as fragrances and clothing, even made a commercial (in bad taste) where Donald is seen pulling Kris Kringle’s beard to see if it’s really him … this did not sit well with the supporters of the petition; “Donald Trump does not reflect the ‘magic of Macy’s,” reads the petition via SignOn.org “We urge you to sever ties with him. Macy’s says it has a strong obligation to be ‘socially responsible’ and that ‘actions speak louder than words.’ Indeed. It’s time to act.”
E! contacted Donald for a comment, but he was unavailable. However, Michael Cohen, Executive Vice President and Special Counsel to Donald said, “The Trump Organization values its long standing relationship with Macy’s and looks forward to many more years of continued success.”

The General David Petraeus affair scandal is turning out to be the scandal that just keeps on giving, as we can now bring you more photos of Jill Kelley – aka the “other woman” involved in this scandal.
Days after the good ol General quit his job as the director of the CIA over an affair he had with writer Paula Broadwell, there is now more speculation today that he might have had an affair with a second woman as well.
That other woman has been revealed to be Jill Kelley, a 37-year-old Tampa Bay, Florida native who also works for the government. The AP reported yesterday that the Petraeus and Paula affair came to light after Paula, 40, reportedly sent threatening emails to Jill.
Reports state Paula felt Jill was some kind of threat to her relationship with Petraeus. Jill, in turn turned the threatening emails over the to FBI whose investigation turned up information of David’s affair with Paula.
According to The New York Post, Paula, a married mother of two, told Jill in the emails: “I know what you did,” “stay away from my guy,” and warned her to “back off” from the 60-year-old former general.
There’s still no concrete fact that Jill, who is described as a friend of David and his wife Holly Petraeus, had a sexual relationship though a source close to the two reveals they saw each other “often.”
Not helping is also that fact that Jill, who is married to Dr. Scott Kelley, has hired a crisis management firm, and issued a non-denial statement about the whole scandal. Jill’s statement is below -
“We and our family have been friends with General Petraeus and his family for over five years. We respect his and his family’s privacy and want the same for us and our three children.”
I don’t know bout you, but if the media was dragging my name through the mud and falsely accusing me of having an affair with a married man, my statement would be a very CLEAR outright denial of any affair or inappropriateness, and not some mumbo jumbo non-denial.
CBS News is however reporting that government officials do not believe Jill and David had an affair, with sources saying they believe Jill was simply a “victim.” Petraeus is also said to be telling friends that nothing romantic went on between him and Jill, and that he only saw her when she was with her husband.

Just like that, the General David Petraeus sex scandal continues to get messier.
Yesterday, it was reported the only reason Petraeus’ affair with writer Paula Broadwell came to light was because cray cray Paula, 40, sent threatening emails to another woman whom she perceived to be a threat to her relationship with Petraeus, 60. That other woman ended up contacting the FBI, who ended up uncovering the affair during their investigation.
Fast forward to today and the Associated Press has now identified the other woman in the scandal as 37-year old Jill Kelley of Tampa Bay, Florida. Even better, we are able to bring you the first photo of Jill!
In the photo below, Jill appears to be posing with her husband or ex-husband Dr. Scott Kelley. Oddly enough, Paula’s husband is also named Scott.
As for what Jill does for a living, she is reportedly the State Department’s liaison to the military’s Joint Special Operations Command.
For the time being, it still remains unclear what exactly was the nature of Jill and Petraeus’ relationship as while the AP report doesn’t state the two were sexually involved, though a mutual acquaintance of the two reveals they were friends who saw each other “often.” Uh uh.
