Beyonce, who appears to be gearing up to release a new album, graces the latest cover of Shape magazine!
The 31-year-old singer/actress gets sexy in the spread, as she shows off her sizzling bikini body.
Below are excerpts from Beyonce’s interview -
On gaining 57 pounds during her pregnancy: “I didn’t have a lot of time to lose the weight because I scheduled a show three months after I gave birth, which I would never do again!”
On losing the weight: “I ate a very low-calorie diet. I stayed away from red meat and ate a lot of fish, replaced pasta and rice with quinoa.”
On her diet: “I always have breakfast, say, scrambled egg whites, a vegetable smoothie, or whole-grain cereal with low-fat milk. For lunch and dinner, I eat a lot of fish and vegetables. And throughout the day, I try to stay hydrated… I always treat myself to one meal on Sundays when I can have whatever I want. Usually it’s pizza, which is my favorite indulgence.”
Shape‘s editor-in-chief Tara Kraft on Beyonce: “Talking about weight can be a very touchy subject for women, but Beyonce was willing to do it because she wanted to make every woman out there feel like she too could achieve what she did.”

VIDEO: Beyonce Admits Lip-Synching! Sings National Anthem at Super Bowl Press Conference
Beyoncé surprised attendees of yesterday’s Super Bowl Press conference in New Orleans by asking them to “please stand” as she performed an a capella rendition of the Star Spangled Banner. The singer then further surprised her audience by admitting that she had in fact used a prerecorded track when she sang the National Anthem during President Barack Obama‘s Inauguration last week.
“I am a perfectionist,” Beyoncé began. “And one thing about me: I practice ’till my feet bleed. I did not have time to rehearse with the orchestra. It was a live television show… Due to the weather, due to the delay, due to no proper sound check… I did not feel comfortable singing live.”
Reports that the 31-year-old had lip synced at the inauguration surfaced after a member of the US Marine band, who performed the anthem with Beyoncé, made a statement saying that at the last-minute the band had received word that Beyoncé would be using a pre-recorded vocal track. Another representative for the Marine’s later recanted the statement.
While Beyoncé’s reps initially never confirmed nor denied the accusations of lip syncing, seems like the buzz around the reports persuaded Team Beyoncé to clear the air. Before Beyoncé’s self-admission, sources had confirmed to Us Weekly that B “did sing, but used a track.”
I think Beyoncé clearing the air herself was a good move on her part. However, the singer felt the need to conclude her “confession” by saying, “I love haters.” That’s where she lost me. It was all class … until that moment.
Sometimes we need to know when to shut up.

Beyoncé is proving all her naysayers wrong in her HBO documentary, ‘Life Is But A Dream.’
The 31-year-old mother, shows off a totally real baby bump and sonogram picture of Blue Ivy. This may finally put an end to all the rumors that the singer wore a prosthetic pregnancy belly to hide the fact that she actually used a surrogate.
The rumor mill went especially crazy when Beyoncé appeared on Sunday Night HD, and her stomach appeared to fold in on itself as she sat down to be interviewed, then snapped right back into place once seated. Beyoncé claimed it was the fabric of her dress and called the whole thing “stupid.”
However, after seeing the “evidence” via Beyonce’s documentary pregnancy shots, it looks as though everyone will have to give the stupid “memory foam” rumors a rest.

It appears it’s only a matter of time until Blue Ivy Carter gets a younger sibling!
During last night’s fashion event of the year – the Met Gala, Beyonce, who wowed the crowd in a sexy see-through Givenchy Haute Couture gown, reveals she “definitely” wants more kids.
“I definitely want to have more,” the new mom revealed to Entertainment Tonight.
So how many kids does Beyonce want? “I don’t know how many,” the 30-year-old singer stated. “God knows I don’t know yet.”
Following the birth of their first child back in January, Jay-Z revealed, via a song, that Beyonce had previously suffered a miscarriage.

Beyonce Calls Surrogacy Rumors “Crazy,” Mom Calls Them “Cruel”
Gracing the current cover of PEOPLE magazine, after being named the most beautiful woman in 2012, Beyonce is opening up about a number of things.
The most important being those pesky surrogacy rumors that plagued her all throughout her pregnancy. According to the rumor mongers, Beyonce, 30, faked her pregnancy all while having a surrogate carry her daughter Blue Ivy Carter with hubby Jay-Z.
In the interview, Beyonce slams those rumors. “That was crazy. It wasn’t hurtful, it was just crazy,” the singer tells PEOPLE. “[I thought] ‘Where did they come up with this?’”
One person who found the rumors hurtful is Beyonce’s mom Tina Knowles. “I thought it was very unfair and very cruel that someone would think that someone would be that diabolical to keep up a charade like that for nine months,” says Tina. ”As a mother it was painful for me to hear the crazy rumors. And I even had people ask me, which was so ridiculous.”
When asked about the now infamous Australian interview with appeared to show her baby bump fold as she attempted to sit down, Beyonce states: “It was a fabric that folded — does fabric not fold? Oh my gosh, so stupid.”

Move over Jlo! A new PEOPLE magazine world’s most beautiful woman has been crowned!
And the 2012 honors goes to none other than Beyonce! PEOPLE decribles the music diva as “an entertainment force of nature, 16-time Grammy winner, and beauty and style icon. ”
But what makes Beyonce feel the most beautiful you ask? Nothing tops being a mother according to her. “I feel more beautiful than I’ve ever felt because I’ve given birth,” says Beyonce, who gave birth to daughter Blue Ivy Carter earlier this year. “I have never felt so connected, never felt like I had such a purpose on this earth.”
In fact Beyonce, 30, and hubby of four years, Jay-Z, 42, are very much head over heels for their new born. “She’s just the cutest thing,” Beyonce gushes while professing she ‘loves’ changing diapers.
When asked who her baby takes after the most, Be responds: “She looks like Blue. She’s her own person.”
