Gwyneth Paltrow Gets Backlash For Using The N-Word; She Defends Herself!

Oh boy. Actress Gwyneth Paltrow is in hot water today over her use of the N-word.

Over the weekend, Gwyneth, 39, attended the Watch The Throne concert in Paris, France featuring Jay-Z and Kanye West (Gwyneth is close friends with Jay-Z and wife Beyonce).

During the show, Jay-Z and Kanye performed their mega hit “Ni**as in Paris” a reported 11 times. Gwyneth then decided to tweet a photo of herself on stage with the rappers with the caption “N**as in Paris for real.” The tweet is below.

This immediately got a lot of people talking with a ton of African-Americans feeling that it was very inappropriate of Gwyneth to use the n-word.

Gwyneth’s defense? “Hold up. It’s the title of the song!” she tweeted unapologetically. Fortunately for Gwyneth, R & B singer/producer The Dream is now claiming he is the one who made the tweet from her phone. Uh uh.

So the question now is…

TELL US – IS IT OKAY FOR GWYNETH TO USE THE N-WORD SINCE IT’S THE NAME OF A SONG?
