He has stated that he is single for the 2012 London Olympics, but according to a new report, hotness Ryan Lochte does have a special lady in his life!

An Australian newspaper is reporting that Ryan, 27, is dating Australian swimmer Blair Evans, 21!

The Herald Sun reports that during a recent practice in the water, Ryan went out of his way to say hello to Blair upon first seeing her. And while the two tried to remain discreet, they were seen holding hands underwater. How romantical!

It gets even juicer as the couple was then spotted leaving the pool deck together to take the bus back to the athletes’ village. For the time being however, Ryan is keeping mum on his romantic life.

Meanwhile, further proving that all the hype he is receiving is well deserved, Ryan lived up to his expectations yesterday when he came in first in the 400m individual race, defeating the reigning swimming champ Michael Phelps!
