New evidence has come to light in the Justin Bieber and photographer Chris Guerra story.
According to TMZ, Justin was being stalked and harassed by Chris before the New Year’s day accident that took Chris’ life. And the photographer also lied about Justin smoking a pot pipe while driving.
A well-connected source tells TMZ; “Photog Chris Guerra made Justin’s life hell … following and chasing him at every opportunity.” The source adds “Chris flat-out lied when he called a friend shortly before he was killed, claiming he saw Justin smoking pot in a pipe while driving his Ferrari earlier that day. The sources say multiple witnesses will say the only time Justin left the Four Seasons on New Year’s Day was to go to Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles in Hollywood for lunch, and there was never a pipe in sight.”
Sources also claim Chris lied about Selena Gomez’s car being at the Four Seasons when in fact, after Selena and Justin had a huge fight in Mexico on December 30th during which they broke up for the umpteenth time. She flew back to LA, while Justin left the day after.
The source also states; “Justin had “very little respect” for Chris Guerra but was trying not to say anything out of respect for the family, but Chris made it “very difficult by telling this guy (his friend) lies about Justin.”

Justin Bieber Papparazo Killed After Chasing Justin’s Ferrari
The New Year started off on a tragic note for one photographer’s family.
TMZ is reporting that paparazzo Chris Guerra, while attempting to take photographs of Justin Bieber, was struck by a vehicle yesterday in LA near the Getty Center. The photographer had been following Justin’s white Ferrari when the driver of the Ferrari was pulled over for speeding by the California Highway Patrol.
While the highway patrol was busy with the passengers of the Ferrari, Guerra attempted to take pictures of the process. He crossed over to Sepulveda Blvd to obtain further photos and was told twice by the highway patrol to get back to his car. As he walked back to his own vehicle the photographer was hit by an oncoming car and died a short time after in the hospital.
To make the story even more tragic, Justin wasn’t even in the Ferrari at the time of the traffic stop. Two of his friends were using his car and they were the ones the photographer had been chasing all along.
Sources reveal Guerra had been following Justin all day and believed Justin was smoking weed while driving. He was apparently trying to get a shot of Justin doing just that according to someone he talked to moments before his tragic death.
Police say that “drugs and alcohol were not a factor” in the accident and no arrests have been made as of now.
The paparazzi need to remember that no picture is worth putting themselves/others in danger- ever.
R.I.P and many prayers for the family of Guerra, who is described as being in his late twenties with no kids.

Justin Bieber’s Photographer Assault Accuser Had “No Visible Injuries”
Is Justin Bieber’s alleged paparazzo victim faking his injuries for a possible settlement from the Biebs?
Accoding to a new report, that answer is yes! Radar Online is reporting today that the photographer who claims Justin, 18, assaulted him over the weekend had zero visible injuries and his trip to the emergency room was “unremarkable” according to a police source.
The drama took place on Sunday when Justin and girlfriend, Selena Gomez, 19, were leaving a mall in Calabasas when he got into a scuffle with the photographer. Words were apparently exchanged and the photographer is now claiming Justin hit him. Seriously dude, you do realize you’re telling the world you got beat up… by Justin Bieber!
The paparazzo called 911, filed a report with the police and went to the hospital to be checked out. Justin and Selena had exited the scene before the cops arrived, and TMZ confirmed earlier this week that the case had been handed to prosecutors.
“The photographer had no visible injuries and he didn’t require any further medical attention when he went to the emergency room. The injuries that the photographer claims to have are rather unremarkable,” a law enforcement source tells Radar.
“The case hasn’t been referred to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office because the investigation is only just beginning. The only statement that has been given is from the alleged victim and other eyewitnesses, including Mr. Bieber’s girlfriend, Selena Gomez, need to be interviewed. At some point very soon, I anticipate that detectives will formally reach out to Justin Bieber for a request for an interview, although he isn’t under any obligation to do so and neither is his girlfriend,” Sergeant Michael Holland, lead detective at the Malibu/Lost Hills station revealed.
Sources on the scene however insist the photographer provoked the altercation by blocking Justin’s car. If arrested, Justin will reportedly face up to 6 months in jail.

Is a Justin Bieber arrest on the way?
Unfortunately for the teen pop star, TMZ is reporting today that his weekend altercation with a paparazzi photographer has been sent to prosecutors for possible criminal prosecution/arrest.
The alleged altercation took place in Calabasas Sunday afternoon after Justin, 18, was leaving a mall with his girlfriend Selena Gomez, 19. No one knows what happened exactly though some sources reveal Justin became angry after the photographer blocked his car from getting out.
What we do know, based on the photos after the altercation, is that something happened which led to Justin losing his shoe and hat, while the photographer looked somewhat banged up. The paparazzo called 911 after the scuffle, but by the time cops arrived, Justin and Selena had left the scene.
The photographer was taken to a nearby hospital in an ambulance. He then filed a police report naming Justin as his attacker.
The cops haven’t been able to talk to Justin as he is currently in Norway. If Justin is charged and convicted, he’d reportedly face 6 months in jail.

More trouble for Justin Bieber as the photographer he got into a fight with (click here to see the photos) or allegedly attacked is now wanting to press charges against him.
Even worse for the Biebs, cops also want to question him according to TMZ. They also want to question his girlfriend Selena Gomez, who was present during the fight, and any other witnesses.
The paparazzi fight began on Sunday, when Justin, 18, was leaving a movie theater outside Calabasas, Calif., after seeing a movie with Selena, 19.
The “physical altercation” took place after the photographer tried to take Justin’s picture. The details are still somewhat sketchy, but what we now know is that the photographer called 911 complaining of pain in his upper torso, though Justin and Selena had already left before the cops arrived.
The question now is that is Justin really to blame for the altercation? Several sources are telling TMZ the following -
“We’re told several witnesses at the scene say after the altercation, a lawyer walked up to the photog and said he could get a lot of money out of the incident and advised the dude to call for an ambulance and file a police report.
Witnesses also say the photog had been blocking Justin’s car as the singer was trying to leave. Justin got out of the car and asked the guy to move away but he wouldn’t, and a scuffle ensued.”

Oh shiz! Justin Bieber apparently had enough with the aggressive LA paparazzi today as he got into a scuffle with a photographer in Calabasas, California.
Justin, 18, who was with his girlfriend Selena Gomez, was apparently trying to exit the Calabasas Commons after catching a movie. While trying to leave, Justin was swarmed with photographers. According to sources, Justin got into a fight with one paparazzi, and ended up losing his hat and shoe in the process.
Justin ultimately ran to his van with Selena just minutes before cops and an ambulance pulled up.
Though details of the altercation are still somewhat sketchy Selena, 19, can be seen trying to calm down Justin in some of the pics.
The photographer appeared to be injured with a rep for the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department stating that Justin’s case is currently under investigation.
