A TON of news to report in the latest Jackson family feud today so let’s get started.
As it’s been widely reported, Janet Jackson, 46, was shockingly a part of the plan hatched by some of the not-so-genius Jackson family members (Randy, Jermaine, and Rebbie Jackson) to not only contest the will left by the late Michael Jackson, but to also overthrow those in control of the estate. The claim is that the will, which leaves everything to his mother Katherine Jackson, his kids, and charity, is fraudulent.
This led to the siblings allegedly “kidnapping” their mom Katherine for over 10 days by taking her to a spa in Arizona and not allowing her to speak to Michael’s three kids — Paris, Prince and Blanket — whom she has guardianship over.
The general belief is that Randy and Jermaine came up with this plan as a means to “prove Katherine unfit so they could take over,” says an insider to Us Weekly. “It’s all greed.”
Indeed a report by Radar Online states Randy Jackson actually owes over $500,000 in back child support. Even worse, Randy and brother Jermaine Jackson have reportedly asked Michael’s estate to pay off their child support debt in the past. Yikes. Randy had claimed money was not a factor in his motive to challenge Michael’s estate and will but owing over half a million in child support alone obviously puts his motives into question.
The question now is why would Janet align herself with the money grubbers when she is reportedly very rich and worth over $150 million.
Well according to sources, Janet might be having money troubles of her own. “She has spent far more than she has made, so she needs the money,” says a source though Janet’s reps deny the claims.
Another theory is that Janet wants the will overturned so her greedy siblings will get paid and stop hitting her up for money.
And when it comes to Katherine, she is now backtracking from her previous claims that she simply needed some peace and quiet, hence her reason for being at a spa in Arizona.
In court documents uncovered by TMZ, Katherine, 82, is singing a different tune by strongly implying that her kids kidnapped her & tricked her into deserting her grand kids.
Katherine states she was scheduled to go on a road trip to New Mexico to watch her sons in concert, but an unnamed doctor showed up on July 14th, and told her to take a place instead. She obliged but found herself in Tucson, AZ where she had reservations at a luxury resort.
Katherine adds that her phone and iPad were taken away, in addition to her in-room telephone being disconnected and her TV shut off. She was reportedly told her grandkids were “fine” when she asked about them and had no idea they had reported her missing.
Katherine says, “At the time, I trusted the people I was with to be honest with me.”
The good news is that Katherine has now regained custody of Michael’s kids as the courts approved her to have a split guardianship with TJ Jackson. The two will share responsibilities as co-guardian. Sources claim TJ was already a big factor in helping Katherine care for the kids for the last few years.

Katherine Jackson Loses Custody of Michael Jackson’s Kids: TJ Jackson Becomes Temporary Guardian
Just days after all hell broke lose in the Jackson household Katherine Jackson was reported missing by her grandkids, TMZ is reporting she has lost custody of Michael Jackson’s three children for the time being.
TJ Jackson, 34-year-old son of Tito Jackson, has officially become the temporary guardian of the three kids — Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson — after he filed papers seeking temporary guardianship this week.
In case you haven’t been keeping up with this cray cray situation, Katherine abandoned her grandkids 10 days ago at the urging of some of her kids which included Janet, Jermaine, Tito, Randy, and Rebbie Jackson. The kids claimed they whisked Katherine, 82, away to Arizona because she suffered a stroke and needed a break from the stress the executors of Michael’s estate were putting on her.
Those executors however denied those claims alleging, Randy and Jermaine simply wanted them to step down so that they could become the executors, and start spending Michael’s millions. They claimed Katherine was in perfect health and that her kids had pretty much kidnapped her. What we do know is that Michael’s kids haven’t been able to communicate with Katherine since she left over a week ago. Pretty bad move considering she is supposed to be the kids’ guardian.
The judge in the case however made it clear that Katherine’s custody was not suspended for wrongdoing, but because she was prevented from doing her guardianship duties by “intentional act from third parties” a.k.a her kids who took her away.
TJ also told the courts he believed Katherine was being held against her will by some of her kids. TJ’s dad Tito has since changed his stance on the issue, now supporting the executors of Michael’s estate instead of Jermaine and Randy.
Just earlier this week, an altercation took place at Katherine’s LA home after Janet and Randy tried to take Michael’s kids to Arizona. Cops were called and some reports have claimed Janet slapped her niece Paris though that doesn’t appear to be true.
As for Katherine, Radar Online is reporting today that she is on her way back to California to be with her grandkids after finally speaking to them on Tuesday night. Katherine is said to be “upset” at her kids for keeping her in the dark about everything.
Unfortunately for Katherine, her return might be too little too late as TJ is said to be moving forward with making his guardianship over the kids permanent. The kids are also reportedly on board with this as they love TJ.

UPDATE – Katherine’s lawyer Perry Sanders says he will oppose any effort to make TJ the permanent guardian, adding that he will file a motion to reinstate Katherine as guardian once she returns to LA today.
Cops Ban Janet Jackson & Brothers From Mom’s House After Trying To Remove Michael’s Kids
Oh boy. What is really going on in the Jackson household?
To bring you up to date, the drama began last week when a letter signed by Randy, Jermaine, Janet, Tito and Rebbie Jackson, leaked out online — demanding that the Executors of Michael Jackson’s Estate step down because they are failing, and the stress caused 82-year-old Katherine Jackson to suffer a stroke.
Fast forward to the weekend when TMZ broke the news that Katherine’s nephew reported her missing to the cops. Even more alarming, Michael’s daughter Paris Jackson, 14, took to her Twitter to voice her concern that her grandma/guardian was missing, and that she hadn’t spoken to her in over a week. Then it turned out all was well and that Katherine was actually in Arizona resting with daughter Rebbie on doctor’s orders, which doesn’t explain why she abandoned her three grand-kids.
Well based on a new report, it’s all starting to make sense. Yesterday, all hell broke lose at Katherine’s CA mansion as Radar Online is reporting cops were called after Jermaine, Randy and Janet Jackson barged into the home and attempted to remove their brother Michael‘s three children from the house.
“It was just total chaos when Jermaine, Randy and Janet descended on the house,” a source reveals to Radar.
“Randy was telling Prince Michael he had to leave with them and that he had a private jet chartered to take them all to Arizona to see Katherine. Prince firmly held his ground and told Randy he wasn’t going anywhere with them. The security detail prevented the three of them from taking the kids out of state. The cops had to be called and Janet kept saying they had a legal right to be at the house when in fact they don’t. The rental house is in the name of Michael Jackson’s estate, so they were told to leave immediately. For the time being, they won’t be allowed to come back to the rental house and guards at the security gate have been told under no circumstances are they to allow them in. Paris was absolutely hysterical and kept telling her uncles to just bring her grandmother home,” a source close to the situation adds.
“The plan to take the kids out of the house was going to be a publicity stunt. The kids were going to be paraded into the house in Arizona where Katherine is staying and those photos would be published on a website favored by Randy Jackson,” the source adds.
So the big question now is that who is caring for Michael’s children?
“Michael’s children are being cared for by their nanny and legal options are being explored about ensuring their safety. The children are very, very smart and they are surrounded by excellent bodyguards that won’t allow anything unsavory to happen to them. The kids just want their grandmother back, and want the family drama to end. Now that Paris and Prince are old enough, they understand why Michael didn’t have much of a relationship with anyone in the family except for Katherine,” the source adds.
Sources also tell TMZ that this is all a ploy by Michael’s brothers Jermaine and Randy to get his will contested due to the fact that it left them nothing. Janet is however said to be truly concerned about her mother’s health and the stress the executors of Michael’s estate are putting on her.

Katherine Jackson Is Missing According to Family Members
Katherine Jackson is missing according to some of her family members.
TMZ is reporting that the 82-year-old mother of the deceased Michael Jackson, was reported missing on Saturday night by her nephew.
Law enforcement sources reveal the nephew filed a missing person’s report with the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department after her grandchildren (Michael’s kids) were unable to reach her for over a week.
Indeed Paris Jackson tweeted this morning, “yes, my grandmother is missing. i haven’t spoken with her in a week i want her home now.” Paris then pleaded for the public to call the cops if they see her, adding: the same doctor that testified on behalf of dr murray saying my father was a drug addict (a lie) is caring for my grandmother… just saying.”
Yikes. Jermaine Jackson however tweeted earlier this week that Katherine was in Arizona resting up on doctor’s orders.
Katherine’s lawyer however seems to believe she is missing as well, telling CNN Katherine has never gone more than 24 hours without speaking to her grandchildren.
There definitely appears to be something shady going on as TMZ reported earlier this week that the Jackson family has been feuding (what else is new) with Randy, Jermaine, Tito, Rebbie and Janet Jackson attempting to have the executors of the Michael Jackson Estate resign from their positions.
A letter from family members also leaked out days ago claiming Katherine recently suffered a mini stroke.
UPDATE – A source told the AP News that Katherine is with her daughter Rebbie and has been prescribed rest by a physician.
