Did Tom Cruise Spend Thanksgiving With Suri As Promised?
Wanna-be-Daddy-of-the-year, Tom Cruise, was supposed to spend time with his daughter, Suri, this past Thanksgiving after 17 weeks of being absent from her life. But did this family reunion actually occur?
According to Huffington Post; “Suri left Tuesday and will return Sunday to return to school on Monday,” a source close to Katie Holmes tells Huffington. “Tom and Katie agreed to this weeks ago.”
Huffington goes on to report; “Six-year-old Suri will join her dad, who is currently shooting a film in the UK, and Tom’s two other children, Conner and Isabella Cruise. Suri is currently living with her mom in NYC.”
Meanwhile Katie told Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan a few days ago; “We have Thursday off, so I’m going to have a chance to go home with my family. My sister makes a really good sausage stuffing and my mom makes a great turkey.”
So much for the rumors that Katie was preparing her own Thanksgiving dinner for Tom and the family. Just as well as I’m sure she doesn’t need the added pressure of Tom and his Scientology philosophy on life.
After the big fuss Tom made about suing a magazine for false reports of his negligence to his daughter, it will be interesting to see if pictures of them together over Thanksgiving actually surface.

Michael Strahan: “I’m Not An Adulterer and I’m Not Gay!”
Michael Strahan,permanent co-host of Live with Kelly Ripa (taking over for Regis) has vehemently denied claims of beating his wife and being gay.
Michael, 40, sits down with Bryant Gumbel on HBO’s “Real Sports” to discuss the allegations and bitter divorce battle with his ex,-wife Jean Muggli, 46. The former New York Giants star, 40, was said to beat Muggli repeatedly, cheat on her and is now ignoring their 8-year-old twin daughters, Sophia and Isabella.
The worst of it?” he tells Bryant. “I think early on when you’re reading all these things in the paper that aren’t true – I’m not an adulterer. I’m not gay. I mean, I didn’t beat anybody.”
Yes, during the nasty divorce battle, Jean, 40, accused Michael of having a gay affair with his friend and TV doctor Ian Smith. “Michael moved into Ian’s one-bedroom apartment,” Jean Strahan (pictured below) said back in 2006. “And you can say an alternative lifestyle sprouted.” Jean’s lawyer quickly stopped her before she could elaborate on her claims. Since then, the gay rumors have followed Michael around.
Michael filed for divorce after seven years of marriage after Jean withdrew a whopping $3.3 million dollars from the couple’s bank account. Even though the abuse charges were dropped, his ex-wife still received a $15 million divorce settlement and $18,000 child support each month.
How can she make ends meet?
However, Michael keeps things in perspective, telling Bryant; “People don’t care, Everybody has their own problems … I just kept go on being myself and it worked.”

Michael Strahan Is Kelly Ripa’s New ‘Live With Kelly’ Co-Host, Says Report
Michael Strahan has been chosen as Kelly Ripa’s permanent co-host on ‘Live With Kelly’ according to a new report.
TMZ is reporting that the show staffers are stating the former NFL player will soon be announced as Regis Philbin‘s replacement on the morning show.
This news is not so surprising as Michael, 40, was reported to be one of the three finalists in position to get the job weeks ago alongside Seth Meyers (Saturday Night Live head writer) and Josh Groban (singer).
Since then, it has been reported that Seth was offered the job but turned it down, which if true, makes Michael the second choice. Ouch.
The show will officially announce the new co-host on Sept. 4

Kelly Ripa Reveals She Gets Botox Injections “As Much As Possible”!
Kelly Ripa looks pretty amazing for her age at 41, which of course has many wondering if she has had any plastic surgery!
Well, the Live With Kelly host is now coming clean as she surprisingly reveals she is a fan of Botox and injectables even telling In Touch Weekly that she uses it “as much as possible.”
Kelly states: “I work out every day. I don’t overeat. I try to drink water, but I prefer wine, and when all else fails, I get Botox injected right here, right into my forehead as much as possible!”
The mother of three adds that she uses her children, Michael, 15, Lola, 11 and Joaquin, 11, as an indicator for when she needs a touch up from her favorite celebrity dermatologist Dr Frederic Brandt.
Kelly, who has been married to Mark Consuelos since 1996, adds, “It’s when my kids start asking me if I’m mad at them, and I say, ‘Why do you think I’m mad at you?’ They say it’s because I’m frowning. I go, ‘Oh no! I am? I’ll be right back!’”
Kelly’s fountain of youth dermatologist, Dr Brandt, also chimed in telling In Touch that his goal is not to make Kelly look different but rather to “keep Kelly looking like Kelly.”

Seth Meyers Is Frontrunner For ‘Live With Kelly’ Co-host Position!
According to a new report, the search for Kelly Ripa‘s permanent co-host on ‘Live With Kelly’ has been narrowed down to three!
The three in the running for the role, which was vacated by Regis Philbin last November, include Seth Meyers (Saturday Night Live head writer), Josh Groban (singer), and Michael Strahan (former NFL star).
Showbiz411 is however reporting that Seth, 38, who will be co-hosting for the entire next week, is indeed the front-runner. There are even rumblings that the show producers might announce him as the permanent co-host as early as next Friday.
So what does this all mean for his position and role at SNL if he gets the gig? Well Seth is reportedly planning to step down from his position as head writer on the show if he gets hired, though he would still return to do the “Weekend Update” segments.
