Lindsay Lohan Out Of Control and “Freaked Out” About Jail Time
If you weren’t already aware- Lindsay Lohan is a train wreck, and sources that spoke to People magazine are confirming just how much of one.
According to one of the sources, only 24 hours before Lindsay punched Tiffany Mitchell at an NYC night club, Lindsay caused a “scene” at The Darby in NYC, when she thought she had lost her phone. The self-pitying actress – can we still use that word to describe Lindsay? – went as far as to demand that another patron empty her pockets.
A friend of Lindsay’s says that she still has problems with alcohol despite all her protestations to the contrary; “She will fool people into thinking she’s changed, but at some point in the night, she always snaps and it’s always the same story.” However, at least one “friend” claims that Lindsay’s just dandy and it’s the “near constant criticism” she receives that’s affecting poor blameless Lindsay; “If everything you did was criticized, you’d lash out too,” says the enabler. “But she’ll be fine, she’s tough. She’ll probably outlive everyone.” It’s just depressing to think of a drug abusing psychopath outliving you.
Meanwhile, Lindsay who has an arraignment coming up in a couple of weeks for lying to the cops, is allegedly “freaked out” at the prospect of spending the upcoming holidays in jail; “Lindsay knows it’s almost a foregone conclusion that even if she admits to the probation violation without having a formal hearing, and throws herself at the mercy of the judge, she would be sentenced to significant jail time,” a source told Radaronline.com. Normally, the charges Lindsay faces wouldn’t be such a big deal. However, since she directly violated her parole, and now has been arrested for assault, it is possible the judge in her case will make her face the consequences.
“Lohan isn’t taking the new criminal charges in Los Angeles seriously. She will plead guilty to the new charges if she is guaranteed by the judge that she won’t go to jail,” added the source. In my opinion any judge that doesn’t give Lindsay some jail time at this point is a total sycophant who needs to get on a new career path.
Lindsay could be looking at over 240 days in jail- for the safety of the public, lets hope she serves every last one of them.

Lindsay Lohan Arrested For Punching a Woman In NYC Night Club
Lindsay Lohan loves making friends everywhere she goes.
Lindsay, already in heaps of trouble for lying to cops back in June, was arrested at 4am this morning after leaving NYC night club Club Avenue where she allegedly punched a woman in the face, according to TMZ.
Apparently Lindsay and the unidentified victim of yet another one of psychotic outbursts had exchanged some words prior to the incident. New York Police Sergeant John Buthorn said that Lindsay punched the woman “multiple” times, but that she sustained “minor, minor injuries.”
By the time the cops arrived, which in NYC can take a while, Lindsay was already the passenger in a vehicle fleeing leaving the scene, so the police had to intercept the car before arresting Lindsay. When the handcuffs were in place Lindsay kept repeating; “Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me?” She would wonder that wouldn’t she?
After being booked for a third-degree misdemeanor assault and given a given a desk appearance ticket, Lindsay was released back into the NYC population which if you ask me, is a form of police abuse within itself.
And according to TMZ, the fight with the alleged victim Tiffany Eve Mitchell was apparently over, you guessed it, a guy! Sources tell TMZ the flight was over The Wanted’s Max George (pictured below) who Lindsay reportedly was trying to dig her claws into. He got turned off over her sloppy drunk ways and started paying attention to Tiffany, which enraged the cray cray Lindsay and let to the punch.
Lindsay is already in deep water as of today, with a Santa Monica City Attorney set to charge her with three crimes relating to her June car crash. TMZ reports Lindsay will be charged with:
- Giving false information to a peace officer. Punishable by up to 6 months in jail.
- Obstructing or resisting a police officer in the performance of his duty. Punishable by 1 year in jail.
- Reckless driving. Punishable by 90 days in jail.
Her latest arrest could give the court the extra incentive it apparently needs in order to revoke Lindsay’s probation. Meaning- If the judicial gods are good, Lindsay will finally be locked up and we won’t have to hear anymore Lindsay Lohan crime sagas … at least not for a while.

Lindsay Lohan Arrested in New York for Hit & Run, Victim Says She Was Drinking
Have I seen this before?
Lindsay Lohan had yet another brush with the law. This time she apparently clipped a pedestrian just after midnight the morning of September 19th in New York City.
Video surveillance tape at NYC’s The Dream hotel shows Lohan’s Porsche Cayenne easing down a parking ramp, then crossing over into a pedestrian walkway, where alleged victim (30′ish man) was struck on the knee. Lohan claims she had no idea she hit anyone and believes, “something fishy” is going on. Yes, because Linday breaking the law is preposterous!
Upon leaving the hotel at 2:30 am, Lohan was arrested and cried, “Call my dad! Call my dad!” Police had no sympathy for the felon starlett and brought her in to be fingerprinted, photographed (ahh…another one for the family album), and charged for leaving the scene of a crime – or in Linday’s life – just another ordinary night out-on-the town.
Although the victim was hospitalized, the video does show the “victim” chasing after Lohan’s car.
The victim, who has since been identified as Manhatten chef Jose Rodriguez, also tells the NY Daily News that he believes Lindsay had been drinking. He states that she was slurring her words and “smelled like alcohol real bad.”
Sources close to Lindsay however insist she was 100% sober! Not sure about you but based on Linday’s track record, I’m going to go ahead and take the word of the victim here.
