Lindsay Lohan Is Broke! Can Barely Afford To Pay Her Rent
Guess who’s this close to becoming homeless?
If you guessed Lindsay Lohan you’d be half right.
According to TMZ, Lindsay, whose net worth is probably $0 right now, can no longer afford to pay the $8,000 a month rent of her Beverly Hills home, but she can’t afford to move out either.
Lindsay signed the lease on her home last February, back when she thought she would still have an acting career be making good money, but now that the IRS has seized her accounts, and life basically sucks, she has had to go as far as turning to friends for loans.
Being friends with Lindsay Lohan sure does seem like a drag.
Apparently Lindsay did try to get out of the lease, but the owners of the home said the penalty for breaking contract would be “massive.”
Lindsay has told friends she will be looking for a place in New York after the lease runs out next year. God save the New York pedestrians.

Lindsay Lohan Arrested For Punching a Woman In NYC Night Club
Lindsay Lohan loves making friends everywhere she goes.
Lindsay, already in heaps of trouble for lying to cops back in June, was arrested at 4am this morning after leaving NYC night club Club Avenue where she allegedly punched a woman in the face, according to TMZ.
Apparently Lindsay and the unidentified victim of yet another one of psychotic outbursts had exchanged some words prior to the incident. New York Police Sergeant John Buthorn said that Lindsay punched the woman “multiple” times, but that she sustained “minor, minor injuries.”
By the time the cops arrived, which in NYC can take a while, Lindsay was already the passenger in a vehicle fleeing leaving the scene, so the police had to intercept the car before arresting Lindsay. When the handcuffs were in place Lindsay kept repeating; “Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me?” She would wonder that wouldn’t she?
After being booked for a third-degree misdemeanor assault and given a given a desk appearance ticket, Lindsay was released back into the NYC population which if you ask me, is a form of police abuse within itself.
And according to TMZ, the fight with the alleged victim Tiffany Eve Mitchell was apparently over, you guessed it, a guy! Sources tell TMZ the flight was over The Wanted’s Max George (pictured below) who Lindsay reportedly was trying to dig her claws into. He got turned off over her sloppy drunk ways and started paying attention to Tiffany, which enraged the cray cray Lindsay and let to the punch.
Lindsay is already in deep water as of today, with a Santa Monica City Attorney set to charge her with three crimes relating to her June car crash. TMZ reports Lindsay will be charged with:
- Giving false information to a peace officer. Punishable by up to 6 months in jail.
- Obstructing or resisting a police officer in the performance of his duty. Punishable by 1 year in jail.
- Reckless driving. Punishable by 90 days in jail.
Her latest arrest could give the court the extra incentive it apparently needs in order to revoke Lindsay’s probation. Meaning- If the judicial gods are good, Lindsay will finally be locked up and we won’t have to hear anymore Lindsay Lohan crime sagas … at least not for a while.

Lindsay Lohan To Be Charged For Lying To Cops; Prosecutors Want “Significant” Jail Time
Lindsay Lohan may be looking at doing some hard time soon. Finally.
TMZ reported that Lindsay would be charged for lying to police after her car accident on the Pacific Coast Highway back in June. While Lindsay, 26, claimed to not have been behind the wheel, many witnesses, including her own assistant, say it was definitely her driving. That must have been a scary sight.
According to a law enforcement source that spoke to TMZ, the police found prescription pills in Lindsay’s purse that day and witness claim there were pills scattered around the trunk of the car also.
The same source said that the case would be filed as a misdemeanor by the Santa Monica City Attorney. The filing of this charge could potentially result in a probation violation for Lindsay, which is what may send her to the big house for a while.
In fact Radar Online is reporting that prosecutors for the case want a “significant” amount of jail time for Lindz! About freaking time.
“Once Lindsay is formally charged with lying to cops, the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office will ask for a formal probation violation hearing,” a law enforcement source tells Radar. “At the conclusion of the probation hearing prosecutors will ask the judge to sentence Lindsay to significant time in jail, up to one year. Prosecutors and cops think there is more than enough evidence for the judge to find Lindsay in violation of probation and are hopeful that this time, she will face the maximum penalty for lying to cops.”
Fingers crossed that somebody will just stick this nutjob in a cell already! How many 18 wheelers have to suffer at her hands before someone stops the madness??

Lindsay Lohan Looking For New Publicist; No One Wants Her As A Client
Lindsay Lohan is looking for a new publicist, but has no takers.
Now that her longtime mouthpiece Steve Honig (yes believe it or not, Lindsay has had a publicist all this while) recently quit working for her, Lindsay has been on the hunt for a new rep, but no credible publicist will have her.
“Anyone who represents her is taking a risk because she flies off the handle, she’s uncontrollable and she gets in her own way,” said a big time New York public relations executive who has interacted with Lindsay to the NY Daily News. “It’s not only working with her, it’s working with her family,” added the source.
Given all of Lindsay’s incredibly ridiculous and self-destructive behavior I can’t say I blame anyone for not wanting to be a part of the train wreck.
Yet another source says that any firm that would agree to representing Lindsay would probably ask for $30,000 – $50,000 a month, but doubts that Lindsay could even afford to pay that. I can totally see that, given how little Lindsay actually works these days.
“The time she takes to focus on, it’s just not worth it,” says the source. “Even if you tell her not to associate her name with a liquor brand, she might do it anyway.” (She would probably also ask to be paid in booze in lieu of cash.)
“As a publicist, why would you call me when you can get Michael Lohan or her friends on the phone? That makes me null and void. You can’t even control her social media — she’s tweeting things!” added the source.
Another publicist put it plainly saying simply, “Hell no!” when asked if they’d consider representing Lindsay. Hell no indeed. Seriously they would probably stand a better chance at controlling Tony Montana’s behavior. Plus he could pay them.

Lindsay Lohan’s Management Helped Plan Intervention, Plus Michael Lohan Wants Conservatorship
We’re not really sure what it’s going to take to get Lindsay Lohan clean and sober, but her father, Michael Lohan, thinks it’s going to be a team effort.
Days after TMZ broke the news that Linday, 26, called the cops on her dad Michael, 50, after he tried to stage an intervention for her, they are now reporting that Linday’s management was actually in on the intervention and helped Michael plan it. Wowzers.
According to emails sent from Michael, between Sept. 23rd and Oct. 18th, to all of Lindsay’s team which includes; Evan Hainey (manager) Dave Feldman (entertainment lawyer) and Shawn Holley (criminal defense lawyer), Michael is desperately trying to get Lindsay back into rehab. Her father clearly states she has been ”drinking between a bottle and a bottle and a half of vodka per day” adding, “I have seen the empty bottles and even cocaine in her room at Chateau.”

Michael continues; “She is AGAIN, taking pills to keep her up and to sleep (adderall)!! I even know that she is and was drinking during work as far back as Liz and Dick!” Her father pleads; “I am asking you to PLEASE PLEASE find a way to get her to LA toward the end of the first week of October or the beginning of the second so we can do an intervention and FINALLY end this madness!”
Her team agrees, however with her past record of fleeing rehabs including, Cirque Lodge and Betty Ford, where Michael claims; “She went in dirty and didn’t come out clean,” there’s probably little chance Lindsay will go willingly.
TMZ also reported this morning that Michael is now trying to get a conservatorship for Lindsay a la Britney Spears! But fret not as Michael reveals he will NOT be the one in charge of managing Linday’s money if the courts grant it. Whew!
He is also trying to convince ex-wife Dina Lohan, that the entire family needs help and counseling, though I’m not quite sure counseling can help this hot mess clan.

Lindsay Lohan’s Dad Michael Lohan Tries to Stage Intervention; Cops Are Called
Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, tried to stage an intervention for his daughter yesterday and the police ended up on the scene, according to TMZ. As is standard when dealing with Lindsay.
Michael, 52, along with several others, showed up at Lindsay’s Beverly Hills home because they believe that Lindsay has “fallen off the wagon.”
Lindsay, 26, has not showed up for post-production work for her new film “The Canyons” and her father thinks drugs may be the reason why. However, when Michael and company got to the house, someone claiming to be Lindsay’s boyfriend shooed them off and told TMZ that “Lindsay was inside and any problems Lindsay has will not be solved by her father.”
Someone then called police to report a trespassing call.
TMZ spoke to Michael as all this was going down, outside Lindsay’s home, and he told them that “his daughter is surrounding herself with a bunch of alcoholics and drug addicts.” Birds of a feather and all that.
Michael also said that Lindsay is “very resistant to help.” Well that’s way beyond obvious.
As for Lindsay, TMZ is reporting today that she is “pissed” about the whole botched intervention thingy because apparently she does not feel she needs rehab because she does not have a drug or alcohol problem. The Nile — not just a river.
TMZ adds that Lindsay believes Michael is only doing this for attention because she completely cut him off after he leaked a conversation she had with him about her mom, Dina Lohan, being on cocaine to TMZ. Those Lohans. Always putting the dysfunction in dysfunctional.
