John Travolta Sued By Alleged Gay Ex-Lover Doug Gotterba!
Doug Gotterba, the man who claims to have had a gay affair with John Travolta, is now suing John and claiming that he never signed a confidentiality agreement which prohibited from talking to the media.
In his lawsuit Doug claims that he received a letter from Marty threatening to sue him for violation of the confidentiality agreement. TMZ is reporting that while Doug does admit to having signed a letter of termination after allegedly serving as John’s pilot, and gay boyfriend, from the years 1981 to 1987, he did not sign any contracts containing such an agreement. Meanwhile, John’s lawyer Marty Singer says that Doug’s lawsuit is “ridiculous,” because not only did he sign the contract, he also included the contract in his lawsuit.

Doug, however, stands by his claim and feels he should be allowed to speak freely to the press regarding John and his own relationship with the actor. Marty believes that the lawsuit was filed in order for Doug to get “his 15 minutes of fame,” and believes the “meritless” case will be “promptly dismissed.”
I’m not sure why people feel entitled to speak about private relationships to the media in general … oh right … those 15 minutes of looking like a fame seeking, untrustworthy leech … very tempting.

John Travolta Sued by Cruise Worker For Sex Assault
Masseur-gate was starting to die down a bit but thanks to yet another lawsuit, John Travolta is back in the headlines for sexually assaulting male employees all around the world! All allegedly of course.
TMZ broke the news today that cruise ship steward Fabian Zanzi has filed a lawsuit against John, alleging the actor exposed himself during a neck massage and then embraced him.
Fabian, who was working on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship in 2009, alleges John, who was a passenger on the ship, ordered food and requested that Fabian deliver it to his room.
Fabian states that while in John’s room, he allegedly asked for a neck massage. When he went for John’s neck, the actor allegedly exposed his erect penis and forcefully embraced him.
John allegedly told Fabian he was “beautiful” and said, “Take me, I will take care of you, please.” When Fabian refused John’s advances, he alleges John offered him $12,000 to keep quiet about the incident.
Fabian, who is suing for unspecified damages, says he complained to his management but they did nothing. Fabian first spoke out about his claims last month.
John’s attorney Marty Singer is of course denying the claims, calling the lawsuit a “dubious allegation.” No word yet on if that’s code for we will offer him a settlement in private.
By the way, John, 58, has yet to speak out on the allegations of sexual assault by 7 different men. Maybe it’s just me but surely any heterosexual man who has been accused of sexual assault by 7 men would have spoken out by now to defend himself, and not hide behind lawyers.

John Travolta and Attorney Sued by Author of Bathhouse Gay Sex Book
It appears writer Robert Randolph was way ahead of this time as he was one of the first people to reveal John Travolta’s alleged penchant for having gay sex with random men in spas. Fast forward to today and seven men (including a few male masseurs) have accused the actor of sexual assault.
In 2010, Robert released the book “You’ll Never Spa in This Town Again” which detailed John’s alleged sexual encounters with many men, including himself.
In his lawsuit, Robert states that after he released his book, John and his pitbull attorney Marty Singer (pictured above) waged a PR war against him, during which they falsely accused him of having mental issues and spending time in a mental institution.
Robert states that the PR attack, which was meant to tarnish his reputation and paint him as an unreliable source, ended up working and led the public to not purchasing his book. Not just that but retailers were also deterred from selling his book.
Robert is now suing both Travolta and Singer for unspecified damages.
A rep for Travolta calls the lawsuit “absurd,” while Marty Singer is threatening a counter lawsuit saying in a statement: “This is a ridiculous lawsuit. It is based on our letter which was completely privileged under the law. We intend to sue the attorneys for malicious prosecution after the court promptly dismisses this baseless lawsuit.”
Meanwhile, it doesn’t appear John plans to come out of his comfy closet anytime soon. The last we heard of the male masseurs suing him for sexual assault was that he was allegedly trying to offer them settlements behind the scenes.

Report: John Travolta Having Settlement Talks With One Male Accuser
Further proving he’s completely innocent and very heterosexual to boot, a new report this morning is stating that John Travolta is now offering hush money having settlement talks with one of his male accusers.
Yes, while Masseur-gate has taken a rather anti-climatic turn in recent weeks, unfortunately for us, it seems all the action is happening behind the scenes.
“John Travolta’s lawyer is currently in settlement talks with one of the accusers. The goal is to have a settlement reached very quietly and quickly because John just wants this scandal to go away,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.
The source adds: “No money has been paid yet, but it’s almost a done deal. It will be an out of court settlement and John Travolta’s name won’t even be in the agreement to ensure complete confidentiality, along with a clause that states if the man ever goes public with his story, he will be sued for at least twice the amount of the settlement.”
While a total of seven men have accused the a-list actor of sexual assault, only two have filed lawsuits. It also appears the accuser who is having settlement talks with John’s lawyer Marty Singer has yet to file a lawsuit. Interesting.
“If the accuser who is in talks with John’s lawyer right now is unable to reach a settlement, he is absolutely prepared to file a lawsuit against him,” the source says. “The man isn’t intimidated by John’s celebrity status and just wants the actor to be held accountable for his actions.”
This report seems quite believable as a different report by the NY Daily News came out last week stating John offered Accuser #2 John Truesdale a settlement amount of $125,000 to drop his sexual assault case against him.
It was also reported days ago that John, 58, alongside his wife Kelly Preston, 49, and their two kids have been hiding out in the Bahamas.

Fourth Man Accuses John Travolta of Sexual Misconduct; Says He Was Banned From NYC Spa
Make that four men who have now come forward accusing John Travolta of sexual misconduct.
In fact Masseur #4 is NOT concealing his identity as the NY Daily News reports Michael Caputo, a former masseur at the Peninsula Hotel in New York City, reveals John was once banned by the hotel for over three years because of “inappropriate behavior” around male spa staff.
“Travolta would always request a man for his massage, but after a while no one would take him,” Michael reveals. “It got to the point where they couldn’t find any men to take him, and they had to ban him.”
KELLY PRESTON ORDERED TO REMAIN SILENT ABOUT SEX SCANDAL!
Michael adds that male employees accused Travolta of “removing his towel, grinding against the massage table and lifting his butt in the air.”
“These are signs to a massage therapist he was trying to see how much he could get away with,” Michael explains. “They went to management.” Michael adds that after a number of years, Travolta was eventually unbanned by the hotel.
Travolta’s attorney, Marty Singer, is of course insisting the latest accusation is also a lie. No word yet on whether Marty will continue to insist his client is innocent once the # of accusers gets to 100 50!

Third Man Accuses John Travolta Of Sexual Harassment!
Unfortunately for John Travolta, it doesn’t appear MasseurGate will be going away anytime soon!
Despite John’s numerous attempts to discredit the first accuser, the sex scandal continues to grow each day with more accusers coming forward.
The number of accusers has now grown to three after a third man has come forward to accuse the a-list actor of sexual harassment. Unlike the first two accusers, Accuser #1 is actually revealing his identity.
According to Radar Online, Chilean-born Fabian Zanzi is alleging John accosted him while he was working on the Royal Caribbean cruise ship back in 2009. John was reportedly a guest on the cruise, and Fabian, who no longer works for the cruise line, was in charge of VIP guests when the alleged incident took place.
Fabian tells South American news website ABC.es that Travolta said, “He had something on his neck. I thought it was a fuzz. As I approached, he took off his white coat and was naked. He hugged me and asked me to do a massage.”
It gets even worse as Fabian alleges Travolta offered $12,000 to have sex with him, an offer he declined.
Some media outlets are reporting that Fabian has also filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the actor, though that has yet to be confirmed. The first two accusers are each seeking $2 million from Travolta, whose attorney Marty Singer continues to maintain is innocent of the accusations.
