Rosie O’Donnell and Wife Michelle Rounds Adopt Baby Girl!
They called her Dakota and she’s the first baby for Rosie O’Donnell and wife Michelle Rounds!
50-year-old Rosie tweeted this photo along with the breaking news: “We r thrilled to announce the arrival of r daughter Dakota – #withloveandthanks – AMEN.” A rep for Rosie confirms Dakota was adopted.
Before the baby, Rosie met Michelle (NYC-based executive-search consultant) at a Starbucks in the summer of 2011. The couple began dating and announced their engagement in December. They married in a private NYC ceremony on June 9, 2012.
“She’s very beautiful…and she’s really lovely, and she’s very…we laugh a lot,” the talk show host has said about Michelle.
Rosie announced (prior to Dakota) that “she’s trying to get pregnant,” she told Dr. Mehmet Oz on The Rosie Show last year. Although this is the first child for Michelle and Rosie together, Rosie has four other children with ex-wife Kelli Carpenter, whom she was married to from 2004 to 2007.

Rosie O’Donnell Doesn’t Want Lindsay Lohan To Die Like Whitney
Days after calling Lindsay Lohan incapable of playing Elizabeth Taylor in the upcoming Lifetime biobic, Rosie O’Donnell is refusing to back down from her comments!
After Rosie’s appearance on the Today Show on Tuesday, Lindsay, 25, did what she knows best which is to play victim and run to the media, with “sources” close to her telling TMZ she felt betrayed by Rosie’s comments.
Well Rosie, 50, appeared on the Today Show again this morning during which she made it clear that if Lindsay doesn’t change her druggie ways, she’ll end up like Whitney Houston, who died earlier this year from a drug overdose.
“Watching Whitney Houston’s funeral I remember thinking why didn’t more people say what they knew. We all knew. When she would not show up to do this show, not show up to my show. We watched Being Bobby Brown,” said Rosie.
She continued, “They were people in the throes of addiction. But all we cared about was the ratings, not that this talented individual, this human being, this mother, this daughter, was worth saving and pulling out of the money market industry and I know only someone can be in control of their own sobriety, but to look at Lindsay Lohan you cannot help but feel for her. I do not think she’s untalented. I think she’s quite talented.”
Rosie did also add that Lindsay was a ”beautiful, talented little kid,” but, “We’ve all seen what’s happened in the last decade and it’s tragic.”
And what better way to prove Rosie’s point than the fact that Lindsay actually showed up late to the set of Glee yesterday due to a late night of partying! Yikes. Sources however tell TMZ that Lindsay’s tardiness did not hold up production.
Perhaps Rosie is on to something after all…

Rosie O’Donnell Slams Lindsay Lohan On The Today Show!
Oh snap! Former talk show host/current angry lesbian Rosie O’Donnell appeared on The Today Show this morning as a panelist during which she completely slammed former relevant actress Lindsay Lohan!
It all started when it was revealed that Lindsay, 25, had been cast to play Elizabeth Taylor in an upcoming Lifetime biopic.
Rosie did not mince her words, stating: “I feel very sorry for her … I think she needs a lot of time away … She’s had a lot of trouble doing every single movie, including SNL. She was out and not in rehearsal. I think she’s not in a place to work.”
Oh but it didn’t end there as when co-panelist Donny Deutsch countered, “She’s our generation’s Elizabeth Taylor!” Rosie fired back, “You’re out of your mind! You’re a crackhead! The last thing she did good she was sixteen.”
Rosie added, “I don’t think she’s right for the role, and I don’t think she’s capable at this point to portray that character.” Ouch!
