Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte’s dreams came true when he got to hang out with Carmen Electra earlier this week.

Carmen, 40, and Ryan, 28, were spotted hanging out at Hollywood hot spot, Bootsy Bellows this week, where they were getting pretty cozy, according to eyewitnesses that spoke to E!

“They were in a booth together and he had his arm around her and they were kissing on the lips. At one point, they were standing up and kissing and everyone saw them.”

Carmen is no stranger to public displays of, um, hormones.  Last year she was seen getting hot and heavy with Simon Cowell, who she split up with earlier this year, at a restaurant.

Another source told E! that Carmen was Ryan’s “first crush,” and so they were introduced when Ryan was filming a show.  Apparently the former Playboy model and Olympic medalist immediately connected upon meeting and decided to “hang out” later that night.

Though things were heating between the flirtatious duo while in the club, Ryan and Carmen went their separate ways at the end of the evening; “They did not leave together, and I am not sure if they will see each other again. But they have been tweeting and instagraming back and forth,” the Bootsy Bellows witness said.

“Me and beautiful Carmen Electra, my biggest crush since childhood,” a smitten-like-a-school-girl Ryan posted on Instagram, following his night out on the town with his crush. “Finally meeting her. #jeah”

“So nice to meet u. JEAH!!!” replied Carmen.
